Biography

José Itzigsohn graduated from Johns Hopkins University in 1995 with a PhD. He is a professor in the Sociology Department at Brown University and has authored several significant works in his field including 'Sociology W. E. B. Du Bois' published by NYU Press in 2020, and co-authored 'Developing Poverty' with Karida Brown published by Penn State in 2000.
