Biography

Joseph Hupy is an Associate Professor at Purdue Polytechnic University with over 20 years of experience in utilizing tools and methods for geospatial data integration and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) software. He has received numerous grants for his research related to UAS, including precise quantification of forest disturbances. In addition to his position in the School of Aviation & Transportation Technology, he holds courtesy appointments in the Department of Earth, Atmospheric, and Planetary Sciences and the Department of Forestry and Natural Resources at Purdue University.
