Biography

Joseph H. Silverman is a Professor of Mathematics at Brown University, where he has been a faculty member since 1991. He completed his undergraduate studies at Brown in 1977 and earned his Ph.D. at Harvard in 1982. Silverman has held various academic positions, including a Moore Instructor at MIT and an Associate Professor at Boston University.
