Biography

Joshua Schuster is a professor and director of the Centre for the Study of Theory and Criticism at Western University. He earned his PhD in English from the University of Pennsylvania in 2007, following a Master's degree in Philosophy from Université de Paris, X, Nanterre in 2001, and a Bachelor's degree in English from the University of Pennsylvania in 1998. His research interests encompass poetics, theory, American literature, and environmental ideas.
