Biography

Juan D. Delgado is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Sociology at the University of Michigan. His research focuses on the comparative study of race and ethnicity in Latin America, particularly analyzing the long-term processes of social inequality, statistical invisibility, and the political organization of people of African descent in Colombia and Mexico.
