Biography

Judy Monteith was born in Saskatoon and raised in rural Saskatchewan. In 1984, she graduated from the College of Dentistry at the University of Saskatchewan. After graduation, she practiced dentistry in Saskatoon and worked with the Saskatchewan Dental Plan, where she taught removable prosthodontics. She relocated her practice to Southern Ontario in 1988 but returned to Saskatchewan in 1999. Since then, she has been engaged in private practice and has primarily taught operative dentistry, as well as fixed and removable prosthodontics. In her current role, she finds mentoring students at the Dental Education Clinic to be highly rewarding.
