Biography

Julia Dilley is a Senior Research Scientist and Epidemiologist with over 20 years of experience in public health systems in the Pacific Northwest. In 2016, she co-chaired the nationwide Council of State & Territorial Epidemiologists (CSTE) Cannabis Subcommittee, where she led efforts to identify measures and methods for cannabis-related public health monitoring. Her research emphasizes equity-focused quality improvements in public health surveillance systems, particularly regarding substance use-related data indicators.
