Julia has worked with a variety of texts including Acts and Paul's letters, as well as the narratives of the apostles, commonly referred to as the 'apocryphal acts.' She is actively engaged in contemporary interfaith relations, particularly among Christians, Jews, and Muslims, and is a co-leader in the Cambridge Interfaith Programme for the Scripture & Violence Project.
