Biography

Julian Yamaura is a full-time Associate Teaching Professor in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of Washington. He teaches various courses related to construction materials, the design of construction temporary structures, and infrastructure construction means and methods. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, playing guitar, and surfing in the frigid waters of the Pacific Northwest.
