Julie Euvrard is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Physics at Imperial College London. In 2023, she founded the Echoes Lab, which focuses on the electrical characterization of emerging semiconductors, examining their transport and optoelectronic properties for solar energy applications, particularly involving perovskites and organic semiconductors. Her research employs advanced Hall carrier-resolved photo-Hall techniques, which are powerful tools for rapidly accessing the fundamental properties of semiconducting materials. Julie graduated with a PhD from CEA Grenoble in France and the University of Lille. During her studies, she focused on electrical doping of organic semiconductors under the supervision of Dr. Dominique Vuillaume (CNRS) and Prof. Antoine Kahn (Princeton University), as well as Dr. Amélie Revaux (CEA). Following her graduation, she joined Prof. David Mitzi's group at Duke University, USA, where her work was centered on perovskite materials for photovoltaic applications. In 2021, Julie became a Distinguished Postdoctoral Fellow at the Andlinger Center for Energy and the Environment at Princeton University, working with Prof. Barry Rand and Prof. Antoine Kahn on the development of Hall photo-Hall effect organic semiconductors.
