Biography

Juliet Klasing Knowles is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pediatric Neurology at Stanford University. A physician-scientist, she provides clinical care to children with epilepsy and leads a lab focused on basic, translational, and clinical research in pediatric epilepsy. Her clinical focus is on pediatric epilepsy, and she aims to understand how seizures influence white matter and contribute to cognitive impairment. Outside of her professional life, Dr. Knowles enjoys spending time with her family, reading, running marathons, and exploring the natural beauty of California.
