Biography

Juliette Wairimu Kariuki is a Teaching Fellow at the School of Social and Political Science at the University of Edinburgh. Her current research interests and expertise center around urban food systems and agriculture, exploring the changing character of urban retail development and the informal production and distribution of food in contemporary Africa.
