Biography

Junxin Li works to promote health and well-being among older adults, particularly understanding how physical activity and sleep affect cognitive function. His research interests include the associations between daytime activities and cognitive function; the biological mechanisms of these associations; the short- and long-term impacts of daytime napping on cognitive functions; and testing individually tailored interventions that leverage mHealth technology to promote healthy aging. He is affiliated with the Johns Hopkins University Center for Equity in Aging.
