Biography

Kabir Shahani has spent his career building a foundation in Informatics, enabling businesses to effectively utilize data. He founded his first company at the age of 24 and has since raised over $200 million in venture capital, creating billions in enterprise value. His achievements include founding Appature, which innovated data-driven marketing automation and was acquired by IMS Health, where he contributed to the company becoming a cornerstone of a successful IPO. Kabir later founded Amperity, which developed a commercially viable probabilistic database, enabling significant brands to unify their customer data. With experience across all stages of a company’s lifecycle, he actively supports new ventures through Amp Ventures.
