Kai Xu is currently a Lecturer in the Department of Engineering at King's College London, UK. His research focuses on ultra-low-power CMOS integrated circuits (IC), wireless communication, and emerging applications such as medical implants and AI-assisted RF systems. Kai received his MSc and PhD degrees in Electronic Engineering from Peking University, China and University College Dublin, Ireland in 2015 and 2020 respectively. He is a member of the IEEE Solid-State Circuits Society (SSCS) and has served as a regular reviewer for more than 10 international journals including the IEEE Journal on Solid-State Circuits and IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems.
