Biography

Kalliopi Chatzipanagiotou holds a PhD in Marketing from the Athens University of Economics and Business. Her research interests encompass Services Marketing, Retailing, and Tourism. She focuses on the applicability of Marketing Models and Configuration Theory using fs/QCA. Dr. Chatzipanagiotou has published numerous articles in reputable academic journals including the Journal of Business Research, the European Journal of Marketing, and the International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management. She serves on the Editorial Review Board of the Journal of Product & Brand Management and is an active ad-hoc reviewer for various established marketing journals and conferences. Her teaching experience at both postgraduate and undergraduate levels includes courses on Services Marketing and Marketing Management. Dr. Chatzipanagiotou has received a Government Scholarship from the General Secretariat of Research and Technology and became a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy in February 2013. She is also involved in executive training and consulting in various sectors, including work with Greek multinational companies. Her research projects have been sponsored by the EU and include collaborations with leading organisations and educational institutions, enhancing the development of distance learning programs related to marketing.
