Biography

Kamran Entesari is a Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Texas A&M University. He received his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor in 2005. His research focuses on advanced radio frequency (RF) technologies including microwave and millimeter-wave integrated circuit systems, integrated radio frequency photonics, and RF/microwave chemical and biochemical sensing systems. He has contributed significantly to the fields of microwave filters, antennas, and passive components. Entesari has been recognized as a Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and has received numerous awards for his research and teaching contributions, including the Qualcomm Faculty Award and the Texas A&M University Outstanding Professor Award.
