Biography

Kan Chen is currently an Assistant Professor at the Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT) within the Infocomm Technology (ICT) Cluster. He holds a PhD in Computer Science Engineering from Nanyang Technological University and a B.Comp (Honours) in Computer Science from the National University of Singapore. Before joining SIT, he held various roles including game programmer at Koei Tecmo, assistant professor at Digipen Institute of Technology, and research scientist at Fraunhofer Singapore. His research interests are centered on Computer Graphics, Virtual Reality, Human-Computer Interaction, and Computer Vision.
