Biography

Kara Eshenaur is an adjunct professor at Penn State Dickinson Law, where she teaches courses on the Uniform Commercial Code, Sales, Leases, and Secured Transactions. In her role at Stevens & Lee, she represents clients in commercial finance transactions and provides counsel to financial institutions, commercial lenders, and borrowers regarding secured loan transactions, asset-based financings, real estate development financings, and acquisition financings. Beyond her teaching and legal practice, Kara volunteers as the Chair of the Dauphin County Bar Association’s Business Law Committee. In her spare time, she enjoys reading historical non-fiction literature from the modern era.
