Biography

Kara G. Gill is an Associate Professor in the Department of Radiology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, specializing in Pediatric Radiology. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin in 2002 and completed her medical degree at the Medical College of Wisconsin in 2005. Gill completed her internship in pediatrics at Children’s Hospital Wisconsin in 2006, followed by a residency in diagnostic radiology at the Medical College of Wisconsin, finishing in 2010. She then pursued a fellowship in pediatric radiology at the same institution, concluding her training in 2011. Her current research interests include neonatal and pediatric bowel ultrasound, quick MR imaging of the trunk and extremities, vascular anomalies, and oncology, contributing to her expertise in imaging techniques tailored for children.
