Karen Jenkins PE, SE, AIA, LEED AP is the co-founder and managing partner of Shear Structural, with over 30 years of experience in structural engineering design. Her background as a licensed engineer and architect provides a unique perspective in solving problems and understanding client needs. Karen’s work includes the design of corporate headquarters, mission-critical facilities, laboratory and research facilities, educational institutions, and faith-based buildings, along with a wide variety of adaptive reuse projects.
