Biography

Dr. Phillips’ research program uses interdisciplinary approaches to investigate sexual reproductive health. Originally trained in reproductive biology with clinical experience in assisted reproductive technologies and infertility, she has steadily transitioned to research investigations focused on human health, awareness, attitudes, perceptions, and behaviors in the context of sexual reproductive health. Building on a foundation in reproductive biology, Dr. Phillips examines the biological, environmental, and social determinants of sexual reproductive health. Her research group evaluates risk perceptions and decision-making related to health promotion in the realm of sexual reproductive health. Professor Phillips is currently accepting new students for thesis supervision.
