Dr. Kari Radoff

Biography

Kari Radoff is an Assistant Professor at Boston University, affiliated with the Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine in the Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of California, San Francisco, and a Bachelor of Science from Metropolitan State College. Kari is passionate about providing evidence-based maternity care and has a special interest in prenatal care as well as maternal health equity. She has significant experience in global health, having spent time in Nicaragua creating educational media to assist women in understanding healthy pregnancy practices. In her role as Associate Director of the midwifery service at Boston Medical Center, she contributes to various grants focusing on improving maternal care access and reducing bias in perinatal care. Additionally, Kari engages with students and residents, educating them on the importance of informed patient care in obstetrics and gynecology, and is proficient in Spanish, which enhances her ability to serve diverse communities.
