Biography

Karl Blanchet is a Full Professor and the Director of the Geneva Centre of Humanitarian Studies at the University of Geneva. He has been involved in health systems research at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine since 2010, and he was appointed co-director of the Health in Humanitarian Crises Centre in 2016. His research primarily focuses on resilience issues in global health, with a specific emphasis on post-conflict and conflict-affected countries.
