Biography

Katarzyna Chalaczkiewicz-Ladna is a Senior Lecturer in Commercial Law at the University of Glasgow, where she has been a faculty member since 2024. In addition to her academic duties, she is involved in various research projects examining directors' duties and corporate governance, with a strong emphasis on empirical research. Katarzyna has received accolades such as the 2nd prize for her master's thesis from the University of Adam Mickiewicz and has been involved in grant applications and funding proposals for several research initiatives.
