Dr. Katarzyna Wac

Biography

Katarzyna Wac is an accomplished researcher with an extensive background in Information Systems and Computer Science. She received her PhD in Information Systems from the University of Geneva in 2009, following an MSc in Telematics from the University of Twente in 2004 and a BSc/MSc in Computer Science from Wroclaw University of Technology in 2003. Her research primarily focuses on Quality of Life Technologies, Quality of Experience, and Quality of Service. She has contributed to advancements in mobile computing, ubiquitous computing, and wireless networking. Additionally, her work explores digital health technologies such as mHealth, digital biomarkers, and digital phenotyping, emphasizing human-centered AI and behavioral modeling. Over the past five years, she has engaged in notable collaborations, enhancing her impact in the academic community.
