She has received sociological training from notable institutions including the Autonomous University of Barcelona, Radboud University Nijmegen, and Erasmus University Rotterdam. Manevska's work consistently addresses the interplay between cultural value patterns and societal structures, influencing political beliefs and behavior. Her significant projects include research on the conditions under which people change their beliefs, part of the NWO VICI project 'Linking discontented employees and discontented citizens' led by Prof. Dr. Agnes Akkerman, which explored how workplace experiences can affect political beliefs. Manevska is also deeply interested in public opinion and politics, recognizing the vast array of research questions that arise from societal issues. She teaches in a two-year educational master program in social studies and social sciences, where she directs and mentors students in courses focused on political socialization.
