Dr. Katharine Harrington

Biography

Katharine Harrington is a Professor Emeritus at the Marshall School of Business, University of Southern California. Since joining USC in 1992, she has built a distinguished career in the fields of consumer mortgage banking and clinical management. Her scholarly interests include organizational ethics, social entrepreneurship, and crisis management. In addition to her teaching and research responsibilities, Katharine serves as USC’s chief enrollment officer, where she oversees initiatives that enhance student recruitment and retention. Her rich professional background and academic expertise contribute significantly to the academic community at USC, making her a respected figure in her field.
