Katherine H Downie is a Southeast Michigan-based artist and Painting Lecturer at the University of Michigan. With a Master of Fine Arts in Painting from Kendall College of Art & Design and a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Eastern Michigan University, she has taught art to students of various ages in multiple settings, including K-8 art teacher at a charter school, instructor at Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp, and Continuing Education classes for ages 3-93.
