Dr. Katherine Husk

Biography

Dr. Katherine Husk is a board-certified Urogynecologist specializing in the care of women's pelvic floor disorders. She provides comprehensive medical and surgical care for conditions including pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence, fecal incontinence, bladder pain, and other pelvic pain disorders. Dr. Husk utilizes a range of surgical approaches, including robotic, abdominal, vaginal, and native-tissue mesh augmented surgeries, as well as non-surgical management options. With a keen interest in medical education, she completed a Master of Education in the Health Professions, focusing on curriculum development and education research. Her clinical research interests encompass patient experience, patient counseling, and educational outcomes for medical students and residents. Dr. Husk completed her undergraduate education at Brown University, followed by medical school at New York University School of Medicine and an Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at Thomas Jefferson University, culminating in a Urogynecology fellowship at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill. Dr. Husk joined Weill Cornell Medicine in 2023 as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology after serving at Albany Medical Center.
