Dr. Katherine Rotker

Biography

Katherine Rotker is an Associate Professor of Urology at Yale School of Medicine, specializing in male fertility and sexual medicine. She has advanced fellowship training and focuses on treating patients with erectile dysfunction, Peyronie's disease, and low testosterone. Dr. Rotker practices general urology and has a special interest in microsurgeries such as varicocele repair and vasectomy reversal. She also addresses a range of urological issues for both men and women. With experience as the Vice Chair of Urology at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, Dr. Rotker has presented her research on topics concerning gender equity in urology and the genetic health of sperm. Her work has been recognized at regional and national levels, emphasizing the importance of discussing sensitive health issues which often cause embarrassment for patients. Dr. Rotker believes that gender can play a role in patient comfort and aims to normalize discussions around common but difficult topics in men’s health.
