Biography

Kathleen MacNeil is a Lecturer in Real Estate at Harvard Graduate School of Design, with a focus on developing luxury mixed-use properties. As a principal at Millennium Partners, she has overseen significant urban projects including the upcoming Winthrop Center, a $1.3 billion endeavor projected to be the largest Passive House office building in the world. With over 20 years of experience in commercial, hotel, and residential projects, she was instrumental in the development of Millennium Tower Boston in 2016. Kathleen holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from MIT and a bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering from Wentworth Institute. She is also a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor’s License and a LEED Accredited Professional. Beyond her teaching responsibilities, she serves on the Advisory Board for Historic Boston, Inc. and is a Trustee at Wentworth Institute. Kathleen is committed to diversity and inclusion, which is evident through her involvement with the Community Mentoring Team.
