Kathleen Norman is a Professor and the Associate Director of Research & Post-Professional Programs at Queen's University, where she has been a faculty member since 1998. She completed her Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy at Queen's University and earned her PhD in Rehabilitation Science from McGill University, followed by post-doctoral studies at l'Université du Québec à Montréal. As an inaugural Reznick Scholar in Health Professions Education within the Faculty of Health Sciences, Dr. Norman is currently focused on educational scholarship in rehabilitation science. She supervises Master's, DSc, and PhD students and has a range of ongoing research projects, including a project on primary care low back pain management in Ontario.
