Biography

Kathryn joined Warwick Business School in 2021 as an Assistant Professor. Prior to this, she was a Senior Teaching Fellow at the Department of Management at the London School of Economics and Political Science. In 2021, she received the 'Top 10 Lecturer' award for her excellence in teaching. Kathryn holds a PhD in Organisational Behaviour from the University of Nottingham, which she completed in 2017. She also has a Master of Science degree in Business Legal Management from the University of Northumbria (2012) and a Master of Arts in Law from the University of Cambridge (2011). She is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. In addition to her academic career, Kathryn has significant practitioner experience as an HR Consultant and Executive Recruitment Consultant, working with a range of clients in the global pharmaceuticals and music management sectors.
