Dr. Katie Hohenberger

Biography

Dr. Katie Hohenberger is a fellowship-trained otolaryngologist and head and neck surgeon at Stanford Health Care, specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of a variety of conditions affecting the head and neck. She focuses on both benign and cancerous thyroid and parathyroid disorders, offering comprehensive care that includes in-office ultrasounds, biopsies, ablation procedures, and surgical treatments. Her research concentrates on the management of head and neck cancers and thyroid nodules with a keen interest in techniques to improve surgical outcomes. Dr. Hohenberger has published her work in peer-reviewed journals such as Oral Oncology, Journal of Cellular and Molecular Medicine, and Annals of Surgical Oncology. She has presented her findings at both regional and national meetings, including annual gatherings of the American Thyroid Association and the Society of Surgical Oncology.
