Biography

Katie Losenno is an assistant professor in Medicine at Dell Medical School, where she focuses on educating future physician leaders. She is a pediatric acute care cardiologist at the Texas Center for Pediatric Congenital Heart Disease, in clinical partnership with Dell Children’s Medical Center UT Health Austin. Her research is centered on evaluating the outcomes of the Ross procedure and complex thoracic aortic repairs. She is actively involved in professional organizations, serving on the board of directors of the Canadian Congenital Heart Alliance and is a member of the Canadian Cardiology Society and the Canadian Thoracic Aortic Collaborative Heart Valve Society.
