Dr. Katja Von Hoff

Biography

Katja von Hoff is a clinical professor and pediatric oncologist at Aarhus University Hospital, specializing in pediatric brain tumors, particularly rare embryonal sarcomatous tumors of the central nervous system. She is dedicated to advancing diagnostics and treatment for young patients suffering from CNS tumors and works closely with researchers across Europe and worldwide. Katja has previously held positions at Charité Universitätsmedizin in Berlin and the University Medical Center Hamburg. Her responsibility includes participating in interdisciplinary multi-center collaborations to gain further insights into clinically applicable knowledge and improve treatment protocols. As a teacher, she values training students and young researchers to become responsible clinicians and scientists.
