Biography

Dr. Graham joined Georgia Tech as an Assistant Professor in January 2023 after completing her President’s Postdoctoral Fellowship. She earned her PhD and MS in Environmental Engineering Science from Stanford University and received her undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan. Dr. Graham’s research interests focus on the fate and transport of pathogens and antimicrobial resistance genes in built and natural environments. Her research projects emphasize wastewater-based epidemiology and quantitative microbial risk assessment (QMRA), as well as the removal of pathogens through green stormwater infrastructure. The lab utilizes molecular biology, microbiology, and modeling tools to address critical issues related to water, climate, and health both domestically and internationally.
