Biography

Kayce Solari Williams is a Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Public Health at Purdue University. She holds a Ph.D. in Health Education with a concentration in Prevention Science from Texas A&M University, and an MPH in Health Promotion Behavioral Sciences from UTHealth Houston School of Public Health. With extensive teaching experiences across K-12 and higher education, she is dedicated to fostering understanding and advocating for physical movement as a natural part of healthy living. Kayce's primary research centers around preventing obesity and related comorbidities among African American/Black and Hispanic/Latina females, promoting active lifestyles, and addressing women's health disparities. She is actively engaged at local, state, national, and international levels, collaborating with community and professional organizations. In her free time, Kayce enjoys dancing, reading, and traveling.
