Biography

Keith Greenway serves as an Assistant Professor in the School of Medicine at Queen's University. He graduated from the University of Toronto Medical School and holds a Fellowship in Emergency Medicine. Over the past 30 years, he has held a wide variety of leadership roles, including serving as the Program Director for the Emergency Medicine Residency Program at McMaster University. He developed the Emergency Department at Peel Memorial Hospital in Brampton and subsequently became the Director of Emergency Services at the William Osler Health Centre, which includes one of the largest multisite Emergency Departments in Ontario. Keith has extensive experience in leading the multisite Hospitalist Program at the Niagara Health System and establishing the Hospitalist Program at Joseph Brant Hospital in Burlington, Ontario. In addition to his administrative roles, Keith has continued his clinical practice, providing support to organizations like the CPSO as a lead peer assessor for Emergency Medicine and Hospitalists. He is the Managing Director and co-founder of Emergency Solutions Inc., a consulting firm active for 25 years, focusing on projects within healthcare organizations, particularly in Emergency Medicine and Medical Legal Issues. He partners with Medfall Group to provide expertise on Emergency Medicine and Hospitalist issues while contributing to hospital organizational governance matters.
