Biography

Keith Masnick is an Honorary Senior Lecturer at the University of New South Wales (UNSW) in the School of Optometry and Vision Science. He graduated with a Bachelor of Optometry (Honours) from UNSW in 1966 and subsequently worked as a clinical director while conducting research on corneal changes related to contact lenses. He has also lectured at institutions like Ramkhamhaeng University in Bangkok and has been involved in consulting for international organizations, including the Gates Foundation. His educational achievements include an M.P.H., an M.A. in International Relations, and a Ph.D. focused on health workforce planning.
