Biography

Kelly Baird-Cox is an Adjunct Clinical Instructor at the University of Michigan School of Nursing. She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree and is certified as a Registered Nurse (RN), Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (CPNP), Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN), Certified Pediatric Emergency Nurse (CPEN), and Nurse Executive-Board Certified (NE-BC). Her teaching primarily focuses on undergraduate nursing studies, aimed at preparing future nursing leaders. Baird-Cox is deeply committed to nursing education and has a strong background in pediatric nursing, ensuring that her students are well-informed and equipped to handle various clinical settings. In addition to her academic role, she is actively involved in the nursing community and contributes to the improvement of healthcare practices through her clinical expertise.
