Dr. Kelly Brownell

Biography

Kelly Brownell is the Robert L. Flowers Distinguished Professor Emeritus at Duke University and has had a significant impact on public policy regarding nutrition and obesity. He previously served as the Dean of the Sanford School of Public Policy and directed the World Food Policy Center. Recognized by Time magazine as one of 'The World’s 100 Influential People,' Brownell has received numerous awards, including the Lifetime Achievement Award from the American Psychological Association.
