Biography

Ken O’Neill’s legal career spans over 35 years, during which he has managed various types of auto, homeowners, special investigations, and commercial liability cases. He served as Managing Attorney for Allstate Insurance Company in Pennsylvania and began his career in the claims department, ultimately advancing to roles such as Unit Manager and Lead Counsel in major cities like Philadelphia and Pittsburgh. Ken has tried numerous cases across counties in the Commonwealth and holds admission to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bars, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Supreme Court of the United States. He has completed training from the National Institute of Trial Advocacy and is a member of various bar associations. Additionally, Ken has taught courses on Principles of Management and Principles of Insurance, and has provided continuing education seminars on topics such as the dangers of drinking and driving in high schools throughout the greater Philadelphia area. Beyond his professional achievements, Ken has been active in his community, coaching youth sports and working with civic mentoring groups.
