Kenneth S. Cohen, MD, is an Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of Chicago, where he specializes in clinical interests including blood and bone marrow stem cell transplantation, lymphoma, and thrombosis coagulation disorders. He received his M.D. from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and completed his internal medicine residency training at Massachusetts General Hospital. Dr. Cohen then obtained fellowship training in adult hematology and medical oncology through a combined fellowship program at Dana-Farber/Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Massachusetts General Hospital. Since joining the University of Chicago in 2007, he has served as Assistant Professor and currently holds the position of Associate Professor. Dr. Cohen directs the Adult Hematology/Oncology Fellowship Program and is the Program Leader for Classical Hematology. Additionally, he is the Director of the University of Chicago HHT Center of Excellence, where he provides clinical care for patients with hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia (HHT) and disorders related to thrombosis and hemostasis.
