Biography

Kenneth Livi is an Associate Research Scientist and the Director of Facilities for the Materials Characterization and Processing Facility at Johns Hopkins University. His research focuses on the characterization of inorganic and organic materials, biomaterials, earth materials, surfaces, nanomaterials, and electron microscopy. He earned his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees from the State University of New York at Stony Brook in 1980 and 1983, respectively, and completed his PhD at Johns Hopkins University in 1995.
