Biography

Kent Walker is a Professor at the Odette School of Business at the University of Windsor. He received his Ph.D. in Management from the University of Manitoba in 2010 and has a strong academic background with an M.S. in Management and a B.A. in Psychology from the same institution. His research interests encompass Strategic Management, Corporate Environmental Performance, and Corporate Reputation. Walker has published several articles in reputable journals, focusing on stakeholder management, the paradox theory of triple-bottom-line performance, and the interaction between corporate social responsibility and irresponsibility. His work is notable for its empirical contributions to understanding organizational culture's impact on sustainable practice and the dynamics of stakeholder interactions in various business contexts.
