Biography

Kerry Courneya is a Professor in the Faculty of Kinesiology, Sport, Recreation at the University of Alberta and holds the position of Canada Research Chair in Physical Activity and Cancer. With a PhD in Kinesiology from the University of Illinois, Courneya's research focuses on the role of exercise in cancer diagnostics and recovery, particularly exercise oncology.
