Connecticut native Kerry Morrison, MD, is a plastic craniofacial surgeon at Yale University, in the Department of Surgery, Division of Plastic Surgery. She graduated Cum Laude from Columbia College, Columbia University with a Bachelor of Arts degree and was the recipient of the Columbia College Campus Life Leadership Award. She obtained her medical degree from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons, achieving Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) Honor Medical Society distinction and receiving the Doctor Allen O. Whipple Memorial Prize in Surgery. Dr. Morrison completed a research year in plastic reconstructive surgery at New York Presbyterian Hospital-Columbia University Weill Cornell, which contributed to her earning the prestigious Gingrass Award from the Plastic Surgery Research Council. Following her residency at New York University Langone Health’s Wyss Department of Plastic Surgery, where she served as Chief Resident, she completed a Craniofacial Surgery Fellowship at Boston Children’s Hospital, affiliated with Harvard Medical School. Dr. Morrison has a clinical focus on both adult and pediatric craniofacial surgery, particularly in areas such as cleft lip and palate, microtia, craniosynostosis, and vascular anomalies. As an academic plastic reconstructive surgeon, she has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals, contributed to book chapters, presented nationally, and received numerous accolades for her research. Beyond her clinical practice, Dr. Morrison is dedicated to teaching and mentorship, being an active member of multiple national plastic surgery societies.
