Biography

Kevin T. Frazier is the AI Innovation Law Fellow at the University of Texas School of Law, where he specializes in how design regulatory ecosystems can accelerate the adoption and diffusion of artificial intelligence (AI). He has published scholarship in leading law reviews such as Tennessee Law Review and popular outlets including MIT Technology Review. As Texas Law’s inaugural AI Fellow, he leads the AI Innovation Law Program, teaching AI courses and connecting students with Austin’s growing startup community. Frazier has experience working with Oregon Governor Kate Brown and has engaged with various tech companies such as Google and Verily. His research interests encompass artificial intelligence, innovation policy, and regulatory design, with contributions to many leading law journals and essays on AI policy for a range of platforms.
